What it means
The message declares corrections (MessageTypeIndic CESOP101), but at least one payee is new data. A correction message can contain only corrections and deletions.
Why files get it
- A payee that was missed in the original filing added to the correction message.
How to fix it
- Mark each payee in a CESOP101 message CESOP2 (corrected) or CESOP3 (deleted).
- Report a payee who was missing from the original filing as new data, in a CESOP100 message.
