CESOP error 45030
“The 'DateTime' element refers to a wrong value”
Caught before you file
What it means
A transaction's DateTime is not acceptable for the message — usually because it falls outside the quarter being reported.
Why files get it
- Payments near a quarter boundary assigned by settlement date in one place and payment date in another.
- Time-zone conversion moving a payment across midnight at the end of a quarter.
How to fix it
- Report each payment in the file for its own quarter, and use one date convention throughout the export.
