CESOP error 30010

“Business identifier of the Representative is equal to that of the Reporting PSP”
The catalogue’s wording · business rule PS-BR-0010
Caught before you file

What it means

The Representative's business identifier is the same as the Reporting PSP's. A representative acts on behalf of the payee and is a different entity.

Why files get it

  • The reporting PSP's own BIC written into Representative for payees without an account.

How to fix it

  1. Name the PSP that actually received the funds on the payee's behalf.
  2. If there is no such PSP, leave Representative out.
